ABOUT THE JOB Maintain the on premises Active Directory Infrastructure, including Domain controllers, GPOs, Domain upgrades, DNS, DHCP, Windows updateIntune administration and engineering, to include collection and query creation and management; application and package creation and deployment; content distribution, management and troubleshooting, and custom report creationUse Intune software update groups to keep Windows workstations and servers patched to correct levelsAct as a consultant to other IT/Applications teams for authentication and SSO setup to achieve business objectivesAzure AD – Identity and access management and Azure AD connect support, Azure Application proxy, Microsoft Tunnel, conditional accessParticipate in ongoing projects related Active Directory and Azure ADProvide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced systems engineersWork independently and proactively collaborating with the rest of TUI MM IT teams and TUI Group IT teamsDevelop strategies to maintain and enhance platform availability and operational efficiency ABOUT YOU  Proficient in Microsoft technologies, especially on AD administration, Windows Server, AAD, ADFS, Remote DesktopDetailed understanding in Cloud security, specifically in the area of Azure and the collaboration product M365 Expert knowledge of Intune to include device enrollment, policy management, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and conditional access Proven knowhow in Cloud identity management and it´s security features (e.g.Conditional access, PIM) Detailed understanding of Identity and Access Management, Modern authentication / SSO and authorizationAD Restore, Forest and Domain recoveryAbility to work independently and be a self-starter, keeping a team-oriented approachAnalytical and conceptual thinking mindset, as well as creative problem-solving skills Programming basic skills is highly valuable Effective communication skills in English, Spanish, verbal and writtenBe a continuous learner, daily driving improvements on your own skillset ABOUT OUR OFFER  Competitive salary and benefits as standardCareer progression opportunities in more than 50 countries worldwide Develop yourself as part of a friendly, richly diverse and virtual international teamExceptional approach to your learning – access to free learning platforms & language lessons
