The IT Department is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of the IT infrastructure of the GRAITEC Group, and tracking technology in order to achieve business goals, minimize security risks, and maintain operations and systems. The IT Team is in charge of implementing the governance for the use of network and systems, it assists the operational units by providing them the functionality they need and is responsible for providing the infrastructure for automation.

Overview:
The IT Delivery Business Analyst works as a bridge between the organization's engineering teams and its customers. They set out to improve the overall functioning of their client's software. The IT Delivery Business Analyst helps to design, or re-design, test, and implement complex software applications and programs.
In this role, they define and design solutions to optimize systems and processes. They provide technical support and expertise to their clients, and they perform other tasks including leading workshops and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities Identify process optimisation opportunities and contribute to the implementation of GRAITEC's systems solutions Identify and engage with stakeholders to collect user needs evidence Document As-Is and To-Be processes and define user stories Work with leadership to prioritise and coordinate tasks Specification of testing phase Manage release of new versions Analyse and assess impact of change requests Maintain secure and accurate information about the configuration of software Manage services to ensure they meet business need and achieve performance targets Diagnose, prioritise and investigate incidents Initiate and monitor actions to investigate patterns and trends to solve complex problems Carry out routine configuration, installation, and reconfiguration of database and products Key Success Indicators How well projects deliver against anticipated value Well documented processes and requirements through efficiency of delivery team Success of project delivery, application releases, tracking defects against original requirements Bringing clarity to project delivery Strong working relationship with, and alignment of, stakeholders Getting the business to own the delivered solutions Responsibilities:
