Job Description lastminute.com is looking for a Markets and Regulatory Manager to join the Packages value stream in the Marketplace area, in order to drive and coordinate Dynamic Packaging geographical expansion work stream and regulatory compliance across markets, working closely with legal, product, finance and technology teams.
The candidate will be the main point of contact for the activations of new markets, and will project manage various efforts across the business to launch new markets and comply fully with legally required platform and trading rules when selling packages to consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Project manage and coordinate the opening of new markets/websites
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and objectives
Provide competitor and market insight to contribute towards growth strategy
Ensure regulatory compliance related to selling packages across Europe (licenses, renewals, reporting, pricing and funnel compliance)
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, e.g. business, marketing, tourism
Solid project management and coordination skills
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Great communication and collaboration skills
Preferred basic understanding of Package Travel Regulations
Fluency in multiple languages is preferred
Open & willing to travel for work
Experience in working in OTA/Tour operator environment
Abilities
Highly organised with acute attention to detail
Problem-solving and prioritisation skills
Ability to work effectively with senior management
Ability to develop strong relationships with cross functional teams
Positive attitude and proven ability to work in a team
