Reporting to the Recruitment Department, your responsibilities will include:
ResponsibilitiesBeing an actor of change: empower top management on new technologies applied to recruitment, share concrete examples on recruitment innovation topics and future of work.Work closely with recruiters and managers to understand their needs and translate them into specifications.Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement technology solutions that meet recruiters and business needs.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met.Provide end-user training and content for new features, processes, or ways of working.Skills RequirementsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Have worked or have a high interest in the recruitment environment (possibly a former recruiter).Familiar with IT environment and ways of working.Excellent communication skills and demonstrate a high curiosity in order to build strong relationships with users and IT teams.Involved in training running and training content delivery.MindsetCurious and empathetic, have the capacity to understand users' needs.Manifest interest in new technologies and the future of work.Bold enough to dare to ask questions and challenge the status quo.Enjoy contact with others.At ease presenting to a large audience.Who Are We?Amaris Consulting is an independent technology consulting firm providing guidance and solutions to businesses.
