We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
Your role as an IT Analyst ERP will involve:
Functional analysis of incidents and projects.
Understanding the needs of Business areas in order to identify and specify functional solutions to support them.
Functional understanding capabilities with the business areas of IT projects.
Management of providers of development and maintenance of the systems that support the areas under his/her responsibility.
Direct report to the ERP IT Project Manager.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering or IT.
1-2 years of professional experience working in consulting companies, or IT departments.
1-2 years working with Microsoft 365 F&O.
Experience in functional project management related to software development in Technology or IT solutions implementation, both in consulting companies, or IT departments.
Creation and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
Experience with agile methodologies. Certifications will be a strong plus (PMP, Scrum master…)
The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills since he/she will be working with other IT functional responsible (Business Partners), Users Areas, vendors and outsource IT support.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
