ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage the internal account team consisting of project managers, solution engineers, and quality assurance staff, with a sense of ownership, accountability, responsiveness, precision, and strategic thinking.Take a proactive role in learning about clients' industry, business needs, and company culture. Work on accounts' growth in collaboration with sales executives.Develop long-term relationships with different client stakeholders and set ambitious goals for future growth prospects.Oversee the calculation and administration of project costs, expenses, deadlines, and resource needs.Identify opportunities to improve our product and manage the alignment between the demands of your customers and the implementation of the roadmap of our solution.Oversee the collection, understanding, documentation, and translation of the business requirements for the project.Support the Project Managers in the definition, documentation, and execution of multiple projects or larger/more complex single projects.Identify, evaluate, and manage the risks to the success of the project.Take responsibility for delivering the project on schedule, within budget, and within scope.RequirementsExtensive experience in IT environment account management.Vision in the strategic management of client portfolio or accounts.Analytical capacity and negotiation skills.Consulting skills oriented to customer needs.Ability to understand, articulate, structure, and resolve customer needs.What we offerAll our employees enjoy the same benefits.
