In collaboration, we are working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company that is seeking to onboard a Customer Service Representative remotely in Slovakia or hybrid in Bratislava.
The employee would join a team that supports customers of a market leader in design and technology of household appliances.
Location: Fully remote/work from home in Slovakia or hybrid in Bratislava.
Employment type: Full-time, permanent contract.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, assisting with enquiries and looking for solutions if they are experiencing difficulties with their order or device.Use leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to help guide clients in solving issues with their machines.In more extenuating circumstances, agree and arrange a technician visit or send additional/spare parts directly to the clients.Look for opportunities to talk with clients about new and exciting products that are regularly launched into the market as well as existing products (cross-selling and up-selling).Act as an Ambassador by educating customers and demonstrating a full understanding of products and brand values. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent level of written and spoken Italian (C1).Good level of English to communicate with our international team.Eligible to work in Slovakia and resident in the Slovakian territory.Appreciate excellent customer service, whether it's a call, email, or social media.Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.Solution-oriented to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.Well-organised and able to prioritise the workload with the ability to work under pressure. OFFER: Working hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) rotating schedule Monday - Sunday between 8 am and 8 pm, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed).Hybrid model within 50 km of the office and work from home if further away.3 weeks of fully office-based training from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.5.85€ / day meal voucher (117€ / month).A commuting allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum).Multisport Card.Possibility to earn a KPI-Based Performance Bonus of up to 10% of the monthly salary.Paid 5 extra days (personal days) per annum in case of emergencies and short-term absences.Hybrid working model in an outstanding work location and facilities in our brand-new offices in Bratislava.
