- Work Language: Fluent Business English The role The IT Program Manager manages a program to ensure it delivers the expected business case to the business partner, on time, on budget, on scope, and on quality. This may be clearly defined upfront or may require dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery, and change management (agile program management), adhering to established Program and Project Management methodologies. S/He is responsible for structuring the program, planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing it, ensuring quality and integrity of the information across the enterprise. Takes accountability for execution of projects part execution. As part of this, is responsible for managing program level risks, quality, and procurement; leads the program team.The position holder spends a considerable amount of time at the program's main locations. What you'll do
- Establish program structure, defining projects, implementing agile project methodologies.
- Establish program governance, ensuring sponsors are committed and managing interdependencies between projects in scope of the program.
- Direct or approve the use of professional service providers/external suppliers and determine their role across the program according to IT sourcing strategy.
- Establish a milestones-based program plan, delivered through incremental releases/achievements. Create a value delivery plan in parallel.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in IT and business/industry.
- 5-7 years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs, including agile projects and programs
