This position reports to: IS Consumer Journey & Personas Manager
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's vision and strategic direction.
Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities.
You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Shaping and enhancing the overall digital experience of employees within the organization. Optimizing the employee journey from recruitment to onboarding, development, engagement, and retention when interacting with ABB digital products. Creating a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment that aligns with the company's culture and objectives. Users/Consumers Research (qualitative and quantitative) Data Analysis and Interpretation User Interface & User Experience Design Digital Product Design & Development Product Management & Development Process Improvement & Optimization Qualifications for the role Bachelor's Degree in Design or Social Science (Product Design, Communication Design, Service Design, Social Informatics, Psychology) Master's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human-Computer Interaction / Product Design / Communication Design / Service Design / Consumer Journey / UX Design 10+ years of relevant experience 10+ years of global experience in applying Business Analytics, Consumer Journeys, Product Design, Digital Design, Product Management, Digitalization, and Consumer Experience (CX) of digital solutions More about us We value people from different backgrounds.
