Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated into the company culture.Performance Management: Facilitate performance review processes, including setting up feedback sessions, managing appraisal tools, and supporting managers in evaluating employee performance.
Assist in designing development plans for underperforming employees and identifying opportunities for employee growth and promotion.Training & Development: Identify training needs across the organization (local and international) and help design or coordinate learning programs, workshops, and seminars.
Support career development by creating pathways for skill-building and leadership development.Employee relations and engagement: Encourage a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.
Foster positive relationships among employees and between employees and management, ensuring open communication.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, concerns, or conflicts and handle these.Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs, manage headcount, and plan for future staffing.
Help manage restructuring or organizational changes, ensuring minimal disruption and legal compliance.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by promoting fair hiring and management practices.Required Profile:
