Mission As an Investor Relations Back Office, your main mission within the Investors Relations area will be to create, maintain and review the internal documentation and processes of the Investors Relations area. Working and delivering high-quality digital materials in collaboration with the Marketing team will take up most of your time.
It will also be part of your job to help in everything that is necessary to help the front-office team. Tasks such as preparing meetings, agendas, organizing visits and events, keeping the CRM, Data Room, etc. updated will be part of your job.
All of this while maintaining an excellent relationship with the rest of the company's areas such as Engineering, Finance or Program.
Responsibilities Crear, revisar y mantener el material de marketing de la compañía como el Business Plan, Investors Deck, Presentaciones personalizadas, etc. Gestión y mantenimiento de los Data Room de PLD Space para compartir información con externo. Revisar y preparar las reuniones con las partes interesadas clave. Desarrollar, usar y mantener el CRM de inversores de PLD Space. Organizar y preparar reuniones y visitas con inversores actuales y potenciales coordinados con el resto del área. Reportar al C-Level del estado de cada oportunidad de inversión. Soporte al CBDO y CFO en la preparación de reuniones y contratos. Punto de contacto con finanzas para el desarrollo del modelo de negocio. Soporte al desarrollo de la estrategia de recaudación de fondos de PLD Space. Soporte al modelado financiero del negocio y valoraciones. Todo lo que sea necesario para cumplir los objetivos del área. Necessary Requirements Advanced level of Excel and Power Point Design skills with these tools Experience in Business Development in general. Professional level English. Advanced level of office package. Effective communication.
