Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doorsBe knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and productsPerform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food itemsMaintain high quality store operations Profile Qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)Customer service focused and solution orientedNeed to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelatoAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workersAbility to work flexible schedules based on store needs
