We are growing the Corporate Finance Department We seek a dynamic individual to join our team, responsible for managing investor relations, communicating financial performance, and supporting financial planning functions.
The Challenge The role centers on maintaining active communication with shareholders, institutional investors, and financial analysts, while managing tasks related to earnings releases and the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Additionally, the position involves contributing to financial planning activities, such as competitor analysis, evaluation of investment projects, development of business models or preparation of internal reports.
Working closely with the Corporate Finance Director, the core duties will include: Daily relationship with analysts and investors Participation in investor events and roadshows Control of shareholding changes Investor targeting Organisation and coordination of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) Preparation of results reports, corporate presentation update, and supervision of the annual report Communications to the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission (CNMV) Benchmarking, analysis and monitoring of competitors Development of business models and impairment tests Analysis of investment projects Requirements : Degree in Business Sciences and/or Economic Sciences 2-4 years of experience in a finance-related role Fluency in English is a must Knowledge of finance, financial planning and stock markets Interpersonal communication skills, teamwork, responsiveness, and corporate, strategic mindset Computer-literate, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint environment Willingness to travel Are you up to the challenge?
