Ensures accurate inventory counts, efficient stock replenishment, and the prevention of stock discrepancies. Maintains optimal inventory levels, reducing waste, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain.Supervise and monitor daily inventory operations, including stock checks, cycle counts, and stock replenishment processes.Ensure that inventory records are accurate and up to date in the inventory management system, identifying and resolving discrepancies.Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts.Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to manage inventory replenishment based on sales forecasts and demand trends.Conduct regular audits of inventory records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.Monitor stock movement between warehouses and stores, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of transfers.Investigate and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, damages, or losses.Prepare and present inventory reports, including stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory aging, to senior management.What does it take to be part of the team?Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain or a related field.At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations, preferably within the retail industry.Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, stock control processes, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory record-keeping and reporting.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Willing to be assigned in: SARIAYA, QUEZONWhat's in it for You:Supportive Environment: Work in a collaborative and supportive team that values your contributions
