Position Summary: The selected candidate will be working in the Client Services website localization division. Our team focuses on website, online stores, global marketing and multimedia services, offering online localization technology such as GlobalLink that allows for a more automated translation process. The intern will be assisting with various tasks associated with management of accounts for big brands from industries such as fashion, retail, travel and hospitality, and others. Our clients are some of the biggest and most exciting Italian, Spanish, French, UK and US global brands. It is a great opportunity to learn about strategic account management from Senior AMs and to be exposed to the latest development in localization technology as well as varied services offered by Translations.com. The intern would be assigned with simple tasks at first and depending on their learning capacity with more responsibilities over time. Position responsibilities: Work alongside our dynamic Client Services Team managing different type of accounts Provide support related to account management Help to oversee the smooth-running of the projects in close collaboration with other departments involved in the production process Perform administrative, back office related tasks Shadow the team on the calls with clients, internal teams, etc. Assisting with quote and offer preparation for clients (analysis of scope of client requests, defining project workflow, timeframes, etc.) Assist with billing process and related tasks Essential skills and experience required: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Native level of French Be able to sign an internship agreement with your University for 6 months Experience in using MS Office including and especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Proactive, can-do attitude Desired skills and experience: Studies related to translation/localization/marketing Experience using Translation Technology and/or Business Intelligence tools Experience in client-facing roles Fluency in additional languages
