Our Global Consulting practice is currently looking for Treasury professionals with an international Treasury consulting and/or corporate Treasury background, to join our dynamic, fast-growing and diverse practice. This is an exciting opportunity for both consultants and experienced Treasury professionals.
As a Treasury professional, you have a proven track record in developing and/or maintaining robust Treasury operating models that cover both the organizational as well as the operational/process framework of a best-in-class Treasury. As a Treasury professional you have been exposed to Treasury management solutions and in best case come with knowledge in system implementation that you combine with deep business process and technical skills. Those allow you to analyse, design, build and implement leading treasury solutions. You have a deep understanding of key processes and controls across the core Treasury functional areas ranging from Cash- and Liquidity-Management through Bank Relationship/Bank Communication Management to Financial Risk Management and Debt & Investment Management and beyond. You are keen on developing and applying truly innovative and client relevant solutions based on analytics, intelligent automation, and similar digital assets. As a professional at this level within Accenture we expect you to take the following responsibilities:
Understanding and documenting business requirements and the Treasury processes of our clients.Advising corporate clients on treasury processes, operating models and their treasury organization.Preparing and running client workshops.Understanding the value/business case of Treasury transformational initiatives.Support the implementation of leading treasury technologies at large organizations.Contributing to continuous service portfolio innovation through asset development, trainings and knowledge sharing.Providing strong and autonomous project delivery on treasury organizational and operational transformation, process optimization and treasury technology implementations.Closely following the strategic direction set by management when establishing near term goals. Qualifications Minimum 3 - 6 years' experience in international corporate treasury organizations or in consulting environment advising corporates on finance and treasury transformations and/or technology enhancements or implementing treasury technology solutions.Experience using or implementing leading Treasury technologies and/or payment solutions such as Kyriba and/or FIS Quantum/Integrity.Minimum bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.Certified Treasury Professional (ACT or similar) and/or TMS vendor certification preferred. Preferred Knowledge and skills Have a good understanding of corporate treasury (e.g. cash and liquidity management, financial risk management, debt & investment management, payment & fraud management, corporate finance, Treasury accounting).Proven ability to support project work streams and good program management experience.Ability to interact and present to/with client executives, vendors and third-party providers.Results driven motivated team player.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Availability to travel.
