Job Description: Europe Market Manager Due to the expansion of our international sales team located in Barcelona (Spain) and for our instrumentation division for Laboratories, we are looking for a Europe Market Manager.

The main objective of the position is to drive sales growth of our Laboratory instrumentation portfolio in the assigned European markets. The solution portfolio includes a wide variety of weighing solutions and analytical instrumentation (pH, titrators, density meters, refractometers, among others).

The commercial management of the area will be developed locally with partners (distributors) located locally in the different European markets.

Tasks: Boost sales/market share growth through established partners (distributors) in the life sciences sector, supporting them according to results and with the best possible strategy for each. Evaluate, develop and implement specific growth plans according to the potential detected in the different markets/countries, supporting them in key projects. Implementation of Mettler Toledo's Marketing/Commercial strategy through the commercial teams of partners/distributors, encouraging them to develop a commercial approach to value selling, implementing specific commercial programs: seminars, customer trainings, etc. Support partners in launching local marketing campaigns. Management of the Key Accounts of the assigned countries, in coordination with our global KA teams, ensuring that the key accounts in the countries assigned to you are properly managed. Ensure that our partners' sales teams keep their knowledge of our solutions up to date, proposing and managing training/activities. Support, if necessary, the departments involved in billing and collection.
