Our team plays a crucial role in elevating the marketplace experience across web, iOS, and Android platforms, significantly impacting the end-to-end customer journey.Who we are looking for:Rover is in search of a dedicated and innovative mid-level User Experience Researcher to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. In this pivotal role, you will harness your expertise to provide the product teams with insightful, actionable data that will shape the future of pet care services. Your responsibilities will include conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, and managing international research initiatives with external agencies throughout Europe.As our User Experience Researcher in Europe, you will lead the efforts to define and execute research strategies that enhance our platform-agnostic experience at Rover. You will take the helm of user research, coordinate user and market research, and cultivate cross-functional partnerships. You'll be an active member of our growing UXR program and work with other researchers to make programmatic improvements to User Research at Rover. This role is key in driving improvements and fostering innovation in our international operations
