What do you have to offer?
• 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Nordic payroll processes
• Proficient with payroll systems and excellent Excel skills.
• Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills across various communication channels.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus)
• Curious, service-minded, and always eager to learn.
• Solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
• Adaptable and excited by the prospect of building something new.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of the challenges faced by growing businesses.
• Contributes to team spirit with a healthy dose of humour and resilience.
