What do you have to offer?
2-3 years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Nordic payroll processes Proficient with payroll systems and excellent Excel skills Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus Strong customer service skills across various communication channels Fluent in Swedish and English (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus) Curious, service-minded, and always eager to learn Solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset Adaptable and excited by the prospect of building something new Entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of challenges faced by growing businesses Contributes to team spirit with a healthy dose of humour and resilience Which tasks can you expect?
