Your mission will be to manage employee payroll, ensuring that it is processed in a timely and accurate manner. You will be in charge of all administrative processes related to personnel management, dealing with all types of situations arising from the employment relationship with the worker, all in compliance with current labor legislation, collective agreements, individual agreements, and internal policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for: International HR Management Complete payroll process of assigned countries Legal (contact with our lawyers, responsible for disciplinary proceedings, legal advice to managers and HR BP, ensuring the correct application of the legislation in force in the different countries...) Contact with employees to resolve labor doubts Contact with finance area (audits, payment follow-up, accounting balances) Area Reporting You're the candidate we're looking for if... Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration, HR or similar. 3-4 years of experience in a similar position/role.
