International Payroll Specialist

Your mission will be to manage employee payroll, ensuring that it is processed in a timely and accurate manner. You will be in charge of all administrative processes related to personnel management, dealing with all types of situations arising from the employment relationship with the worker, all in compliance with current labor legislation, collective agreements, individual agreements, and internal policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for: International HR ManagementComplete payroll process of assigned countriesLegal (contact with our lawyers, responsible for disciplinary proceedings, legal advice to managers and HR BP, ensuring the correct application of the legislation in force in the different countries...)Contact with employees to resolve labor doubtsContact with finance area (audits, payment follow-up, accounting balances)Area ReportingYou're the candidate we're looking for if... Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration, HR or similar.3-4 years of experience in a similar position/role.Fluent in English and SpanishOther languages (French, Italian and/or German) are a plusInitiative, proactivity, desire to contribute and add to the teamWhat do we offer you? 4-Day Workweek: We work 34 hours in a 4-day workweek to encourage creativity and work-life balance.
