Job Summary
The OM is responsible for all aspects of operations in the city. This includes, but is not limited to day-to-day management of guides, guest satisfaction, tour development, performance and availability of products offered and overall growth strategy of the city.
The OM is in charge not only of keeping operations running and achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction, but also for the overall growth and profitability of the city as well as leading the majority of all tours in their city. This also means building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including identifying and partnering with local stakeholders and third parties which may help us increase sales and strengthen the Eating Europe brand locally.
The OM is the local ambassador for the Eating Europe brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee operations of the cityOnce the city is up and running, guide the majority of the tours.Guide management (hiring, training, scheduling, and general management of guides)Vendor management - establish strong and good working relationships with all local vendorsProduct development - identify new product opportunities, identifying their potential and developing these in collaboration with Product InnovationEnsure full compliance with Eating Europe operating procedures, policies, service standards and values at all timesHandling complaints and oversee service recovery proceduresManage the on-going profitability of the city, ensuring that revenue and guest satisfaction targets are metPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and servicesHandle complaints or objectionsProfile
