IT support experience required Incident escalation Incident monitoring Experience in similar positions Project coordination, project management, customer support, service management Technical skills: • Office • ITIL • Monitoring tools • Analysis of incidents and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong communication skills • Strong planning and organizational skills.
