ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an International Human Resources Manager to provide support to the growth and rapid expansion of our business globally. A dynamic, proactive and hands-on professional that brings functional expertise to help implement critical people management processes in new subsidiaries and set the roots for bringing to life our unique corporate culture.
Main Responsibilities Participate in the definition and implementation of the annual People & Culture plan for Kings League, for the present and the future! Collaborate in the design and implementation of new people processes and tools, to support employees' life cycle. Identify local market conditions and regulatory requirements for new territories, in close collaboration with local advisors, to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Implement hiring and payroll processes in new countries, to ensure local relevance as well as global consistency. Provide guidance and support to new managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters. Transfer the operation to the local HR Manager, ensuring a smooth transition. Passionate about the sport and entertainment industry, you are eager to work across different activities and events in close collaboration with a diverse and talented multifunctional team. An enthusiastic and proactive professional, who builds collaborative relationships with teammates and external partners, and has a desire to learn and grow with us.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or similar. 6-8 years' experience in the Human Resources function, across different areas like recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and payroll. Desirable experience in international expansion and/or multinational companies. Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude, able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Humble and approachable, you are a team player with great collaboration skills, always putting team goals above personal interests. Proven track record in planning and project management. Strong values and ethics, valuing diversity and promoting inclusiveness and fairness. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultures. Proficient in English; fluency in other languages is highly valuable.
