GoodNews was born in Barcelona in 2020 (during Covid-19), with the purpose of bringing back good vibes and reinventing traditional newsstands as meeting points. Since then, we have managed to spread our Good Vibes to over 30 locations, reaching more than 2,000 households and 100 offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris and Amsterdam.

TASKS TO PERFORM Contribute to the development of the human resources department:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness. Carry out strategic projects for the improvement of the department Participate in the development and implementation of projects and new procedures in the People area. Manage the entire selection process for new GoodNews employees:
Manage hiring processes, from job postings to selection and hiring of new employees. Prepare employment contracts, welcome documents, and other employment-related paperwork. Job evaluation according to the collective agreement Legal watch on changes in labor laws and regulations, advising management and proposing necessary adjustments to HR policies and procedures in compliance with the law of the country.
Management of the Equality Plan Ongoing review of GoodNews internal policies and making modifications if required. Management of the 7P model Daily operational HR tasks:
Contract changes Document management Timekeeping Payroll processing Cost reporting Address workers' labor inquiries Manage labor relations REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or related field. Minimum 3 years of previous experience in HR , preferably in the hospitality and/or retail sector. Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. Advanced level of French and/or Dutch is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
