The regional director of operations is responsible for ensuring and improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective methods and strategies.Key responsibilities include:Leading, directing, and managing daily hotel operations (via hotel director).Managing yearly budgeting and forecasting.Strategic planning and performance reviews.Implementing and complying with company policies and standards.
