International Client & Team Lead – Craft Worldwide
Location: Barcelona / Madrid
Reporting to: Global Business Lead
Role as Client & Team Lead …
The International Client & Team Lead will play a central role in the business and will be pivotal to the smooth running of the team. You'll work closely with the creative agencies, production consultants and clients on exciting production opportunities. You'll have a true passion for traditional & modern content production and use your expertise to successfully manage the team whilst ensuring high quality project delivery. You will report to the Global Business Lead, supporting with commercial conversations, business growth, financial reporting and forecasting.

Your responsibilities;
Client & Team Management
- Immersing yourself in the client's brand and business
- Setting and managing overall project deliverables, time frames and client expectations
- Building strong day to day relationships exhibiting excellent communication with every contact
- Constantly analysing and improving internal workflow processes, prioritising maximizing team efficiencies and delivery efficiencies
- Ensuring clients understand agreed workflows and managing them through the process
- Managing, coaching and mentoring a team of 5+ people
- demonstrating the ability to write, prepare and present documents and reports that ate tailored to each clients style, preference, knowledge and experience - all in English
- Providing weekly status reports to the business lead
Production Management Responsibilities
- Coordinating between all relevant parties - internal studios (Video, Digital, Print) and external (Clients and other Agencies)
- Managing the team workload effectively and highlighting any support needs to the business lead
- Taking responsibility for ongoing project progress and status vs. schedules, timings and delays
- Supervising all client projects from brief through to delivery, ensuing final materials are on time and of the highest quality
- Keep the Business Lead updated on the status f projects, on internal & external challenges, project pipeline, revenue status & forecast
Business Development Opportunities
- Striving to improve client and stakeholder relations
- Proactively seeking and identifying new revenue opportunities in existing clients or prospects and informing the Business lead
- Supporting the Business lead in developing proposals for any new revenue opportunities
Quality Control Responsibilities
Acting as a brand/QC guardian – supporting and ensuring brand guidelines/QC checklists and procedures are followed

Financial Responsibilities
- Scoping, bidding and forecasting all incoming projects
- Ensuring full compliance with all financial procedures and policies
- Helping develop initiatives to maximise profitability in projects, while keeping a high standard of delivery
- Ensuring reconciliation and billing of all projects in a timely manner
- Assisting with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function
Required Skills …
- Fluent oral and written English is required – Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage and any other EU language skills are helpful
- A can-do attitude and agility is a MUST - as well as the ability to work under pressure
- Significant experience in advertising, preferably within studio or a production agency
- A mastery of stakeholder relationship management
- Experience managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams is necessary
- Well versed in digital media and curious about production, innovation and new production tech
