Job Responsibilities Build loyalty within our portfolio of international brand and media agencies, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
Expand and develop this portfolio by identifying new opportunities.
Carry out prospecting and account follow-up for international clients.
Requirements Education Higher education (preferably in marketing, sales, advertising, or related fields).
While we are flexible with formal qualifications, we are looking for professionals with academic training that supports their sector knowledge.
Experience and Technical Skills At least 2 years of proven experience in international sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools and account management.
Ability to work with targets and manage a sales pipeline.
Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
Fluency in English (mandatory).
Soft Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented and proactive.
Adaptability in international and multicultural environments.
Problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Conditions Location: Barcelona, Spain Contract type: Permanent Work schedule: Full-time (hybrid position, with 4 days a week working at the office).

Salary Conditions Competitive base salary of €30,000 per year, complemented by performance-based incentives.
Annual salary review linked to the achievement of predefined KPIs, ensuring growth and recognition for outstanding performance.
