Tasks: Assisting and advising international B2B clients Acting as a liaison between accounting, sales, purchasing, production, and logistics departments Receiving and processing orders Handling returns and complaints Generating statistics and reports Your profile: Work experience in sales and phone support. Proficiency in Office applications and in Open ERP – CRM software. Fluent in both French and Spanish. English knowledge is a plus. Friendly and professional appearance.
