Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Internal Recruiter to manage the recruitment needs for a group of companies under the Cometti Group umbrella.
The role focuses on sourcing local talent for various internal positions across these businesses, which include: Complete Tyre Solutions: A B2 B tyre service provider for the transportation and mining sectors with locations in Perth, Bunbury, Port Hedland, Tom Price, Newman, Karratha, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Adelaide, Alice Springs, and Darwin.
The primary recruitment focus will be on Tyre Fitters.
CTS People will support international hires as needed.
Bunbury Trucks: A truck dealership with franchises for Mercedes, Daimler Chrysler, Hino, and Fuso trucks in Southwest WA.
This business requires Heavy Diesel Mechanics, Parts Interpreters, and occasionally, Senior Management roles.
Due to local talent being absorbed by the mining sector, an emphasis on sourcing local candidates is critical.
CTS Tyre Recycling: A new venture with a facility in North Perth.
This business requires ongoing recruitment support for local hires, such as crew members for tyre collection and delivery to the recycling facility.
Diversity: The position requires you to work across a broad range of roles, from entry-level blue-collar hires to executive senior management, business development, and accounting staff.
We are a diverse group with a high number of international employees from a variety of cultures Responsibilities: Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for local hires across the Cometti Group of businesses.
Approximately 30-40 hires will be sourced locally over the next six months, the Internal Recruiter will be responsible for 100% of these local hires.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the General Managers and Hiring Managers across all CTS Group businesses.
AI and Social Media Integration: Leverage AI and social media for recruitment efforts.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in AI technology and social media advertising.
We have established channels on Facebook and Linked In, but the Internal Recruiter will expand recruitment efforts across platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and Tik Tok.
Planning: Proactively establish strong candidate pipelines and succession plans to stay ahead of the hiring curve.
This includes analysing and forecasting recruitment needs for the next 12 months.
System Utilisation: Use the Manatal recruitment platform to manage and streamline the hiring process.
The system is user-friendly, and we expect new users to become proficient within a week.
Qualifications: Recruitment Experience: Agency recruitment experience is highly valued, as the speed and efficiency of agency recruiters are beneficial to our business.
Internal recruitment experience is a plus but not essential.
Relationship Management: Strong relationship management skills are essential.
The recruiter will interact with a variety of strong personalities within the organisation.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media tools is essential.
An interest in AI and technology is essential, with experience in automating recruitment functions being advantageous.
Basic marketing and job advertising skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, are also required.
Ability to use Chat GPT, Canva, Microsoft 365 suite effectively Sector Experience: Open to any sector.
Years of Experience: Minimum of two years as a recruiter.
Experience as a 360-degree consultant would be beneficial due to the relationship management component of the role.
Creativity: These positions can be challenging to fill, especially in remote areas, so creativity in advertising and generating candidate pipelines is crucial.
