We're looking for an Internal Communications Manager to take the lead in telling our story internally.- Reporting to the VP of People, you'll shape our culture by creating an engaging strategy where communication flows seamlessly, business priorities are clear, and every voice feels valued and heard.Help us build a connected, informed, and inspired team.Your Main FocusAll Hands Meeting Coordination:Plan and manage communications for biweekly and quarterly All Hands meetings.Develop compelling messages and presentations from leadership.Set and maintain a high bar for messages shared from departments to the wider business.Content Creation & Development:Take full ownership of creating engaging content, including written material and videos.Ensure all content aligns with our cultural tone and promotes People Team initiatives.Utilize a variety of internal channels to distribute content.Internal Communications Management:Day-to-day management of all internal communications channels and campaigns.Review and suggest strategies for effective multichannel internal communications.Ensure communication strategies support all employees globally.Manage communication from the People Team to the wider business to ensure content is well-crafted, timed for optimal impact, and absorbed by employees.Strategic Communication Advising:Advise the VP of People, Head of Community, and their teams on effective internal communications and engagement strategies.Keep teams informed and interested in changes and cultural initiatives.Partner with key stakeholders to articulate strategy updates, project updates, and success stories.Building a Culture of Communication:Foster a culture of effective communication across the company.Identify opportunities to enhance connections between management and employees.Raise and maintain engagement through strategic and engaging communications.Performance Analysis & Improvement:Analyze the performance of internal communications campaigns.Review channels, results, and actions related to campaigns.Create reports and recommendations for improving communication performance.Share insights and recommendations with leadership to drive further improvements.What You NeedProven Experience: Success in managing internal communications for diverse employee audiences and stakeholders.Excellent Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal skills in English, adaptable to different audiences.Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage projects and solve problems efficiently.Relationship Building: Expertise in building strong relationships with senior managers and advising on employee communications and cultural integration.Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Skilled in cross-cultural communication and collaboration, especially in an international context
