They will receive tours of the plants, in conjunction with internal audits, and watch the manufacturing process real-time.Location: This opportunity may be filled in the US or EU. The US location will be Evansville, IN. The EU location will be Barcelona, ESP.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferredFinancial accounting, internal audit, or public accounting experience a plusManufacturing/industrial background preferredSkill Requirements:High attention to detail and excellent analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneouslyAdvanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databasesAbility to interact with all levels of the organizationAbility to work independently with little supervisionTravel Requirements:Some travel is required, ~15-25% depending on engagementsWilling and able to travel internationallyResponsibilities:Working as a partner with financial controllers and corporate finance teams to perform value-added financial and operational audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost effectiveness/efficiency of operations.Prepare audit workpapers documenting each audit step in the audit program. Ensure that information is presented clearly, concisely, accurately, and in logical format.Prepare audit reports and presentations that include practical recommendations for improvements to policies, procedures, and operating methods.Performing on-site visits to facilities to observe, test, and report on processes.Conduct meetings and process walkthroughs to document and develop an understanding of the business processes and responsibilities.Perform SOX compliance testing to evaluate the existence, efficiency and effectiveness of internal control procedures.Assist in special projects as assigned by Internal Audit Director.On-premise attendance with flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
