Internal Audit Manager
The Internal Audit Manager is part of Amadeus' Group Internal Audit team.
The role consists of planning and performing internal audit reviews across the Amadeus IT Group's activities worldwide.
In this role you will:
Design and execute audit reviews across the Amadeus Group's different lines of business.
The reviews typically cover processes supporting business and support activities.
Coordinate with key stakeholders while performing reviews.
Formalize independent assessments and recommendations.
Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to acknowledge major related initiatives across the company, share about internal audit activities, and identify potential audit matters relevant to supporting the effective roll-out of the Group's strategic roadmap.
Participate in advisory activities, evaluating and recommending improvements to business practices, processes, and control procedures.
About the ideal candidate:
Holds a university degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Legal, or Information Technology engineering.
Has a strong knowledge of internal and/or external auditing, obtained through 8+ years of relevant experience in audit (internal or external), risk management, compliance, and/or operations.
Is proficient in English (both spoken and written).
Demonstrates solid attention to detail and the ability to clearly communicate information to a wide range of audiences.
Proficiency in data analytics.
Professional certifications in auditing, accountancy, and/or Anti-Money-Laundering, Fintech, and exposure to financial services (e.g., eMoney) regulatory frameworks would be a plus.
