The Team:The Value Engineering (VE) is responsible for the entire customer journey.
Primarily, as an organization we are focused on getting customers as much value as possible while improving product adoption, customer advocacy, retention and expansion.
You will be joining the VE strategy and operations team, which today has 5 members, and you will be reporting to one of our senior managers.
The Role:The Strategy & Operations Intern within the Value Engineering Group will be in the unique position to impact company strategy surrounding all things awareness, retention, value and expansion.
You will get to work with key company stakeholders in order to deliver projects and analyses that help move the needle on key department metrics.
