Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates ?
Support the onboarding process for the hotel's new employees ?
Contribute to the development of training materials, such as presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules ?
Provide support in employee relations matters including investigating complaints, mediating conflicts, and offering guidance on company policies ?
Aid in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives ?
Support employee communication efforts by preparing newsletters, announcements, and updates ?
