Your creations should not only meet our clients' desires but also surpass their highest expectations, making Grahana the go-to name for unrivaled interior design in luxury real estate.Job functionsSpace Design:Ability to create functional and aesthetic floor plans and layouts, maximizing the use of space and available opportunities.Knowledge of Materials:Familiarity with a wide range of high-quality materials, from fabrics and coverings to surfaces and finishes.Visual Communication:The ability to communicate design ideas through sketches, models, mood boards, 3D renderings, and visual presentations. Knowledge of rendering is a plus.Furniture Knowledge:A deep understanding of designer furniture, its style, and functionality. Knowing how to plan and design appropriate lighting systems to highlight spaces and decor.Color and Texture:The ability to harmoniously and attractively combine colors and textures.Construction Documentation:The skill to create precise construction documents, including drawings and specifications. Providing clear instructions for builders and contractors to follow. Understanding the architectural aspects of spaces to integrate interior design cohesively.Planning and Budgeting:The ability to develop design plans that align with established budgets.Project Management:Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.Site Supervision:Monitoring the implementation of the design on-site. Addressing any issues that arise during the construction or installation phase.Style Knowledge:Familiarity with a variety of interior design styles, from classic and contemporary to minimalist and eclectic.Trend Awareness:Staying updated on the latest interior design trends and applying them appropriately.Regulations and Codes:Understanding local regulations and codes related to construction and safety in interior design.
