Job Description:About the Role
Dow Jones Risk & Compliance is a global provider of third-party risk management and regulatory compliance solutions. We deliver data, research tools and services to help our clients meet anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, anti-corruption and economic sanctions regulations and mitigate third-party risk.
You will lead and develop a team of multilingual experts who research, record and update details on individuals and entities from specific countries for the Dow Jones Risk & Compliance database. You will report to the Director, Companies Ownership Research. You will be based in Barcelona.
You Will:
Train, support and develop your team to maximize their potential through motivation, coaching, counseling, and delegationOrganise and assign tasks to your team, allocating resources appropriately and identifying workflow efficienciesMonitor and evaluate your team's performanceRespond to clients' questions about Risk & Compliance contentsMonitor and analyse information related to companies ownership, companies executives and sanctions programmesWrite due diligence reports on companies and/or individuals as required and contribute to other projectsCollaborate and engage with other departments and support the Director to drive key business initiatives and decisionsContribute to data and workflow improvements, and tool efficienciesYou Have:
Fluency in EnglishUnderstanding of company ownership research and sanctions regulationsProofreading skills and experience in handling large volumes of informationExperience managing a team or leading a projectExperience explaining data or processes and handling complex clients' queriesSound decision-making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and coaching skillsAn openness to different views and appreciation of team diversityPreferred:
