The Role The Analytics Business Consulting Team is focused on supporting our customers by designing and delivering data, analytics, and insights solutions for the core business issues faced by today's life sciences organizations. In doing so, we ensure the enablement and adoption of the products aligned with Veeva Data Cloud.
As a Consultant, you will manage workstreams and deliver meaningful insights projects for Veeva customers using Veeva data and your existing scientific and pharmaceutical industry knowledge. You will analyze complex problems, build insightful solutions, and develop close working relationships with customers (through face-to-face discussions, workshops, email, etc.) to deliver actionable recommendations that support and optimize customer medical and brand strategies.
Opportunities are available across Europe for this role as this is a remote position. There is no work location requirement if a candidate is in proximity to an airport and able to meet travel requirements. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the EU (for EU locations) and the UK (for UK-based candidates).
What You'll Do Lead a workstream(s) in an insights project engagement: planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of delivery, including quality and timelines.Carefully analyze information from Veeva Data Cloud assets to uncover relevant trends and translate them into strategic implications for the customer in high-quality, impactful, concise reports.Be a primary client contact for insights project questions, developing a trusted relationship through face-to-face discussions, workshops/presentations, telephone and email contact.Work with speed in a collaborative cross-functional team supporting customer R&D, pre-launch, launch, and post-launch strategies.Input into business development opportunities and proposals.Help develop and disseminate thought leadership.Requirements Scientific degree and excellent academic record.2+ years experience in pharmaceutical insight generation at a consulting company, agency, or pharma.A good understanding of Medical and Commercial, and ideally, Veeva's Data Cloud assets and how they could be leveraged to support these customer's needs.An understanding of how strategic insights and analytics can support pharmaceutical business needs, e.g., segmentation & targeting, brand strategy, launch insights, medical & commercial analytics.A problem-solving mindset: anticipating issues early, analyzing and proactively finding solutions.Highly effective project management skills.Skilled in facilitating collaboration amongst team members.Able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and quickly establish credibility.Have a strong personal impact and ability to influence and persuade a range of stakeholders.An effective communicator verbally and written, in English and in the local office language.Nice to Have PhD in a relevant area.Experience working with KOL data.#RemoteSpain
