Our business is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Business Developer to acquire and manage new clients. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new clients, developing relationships and opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. For large and complex deals, you will work closely with sales executives and our product team to develop solutions to meet our client's needs.
Role ResponsibilitiesProactively identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's needs.Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships.Deliver demonstrations of our offer to prospective clients.Partner with sales and product teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.Collaborate with product teams to ensure contracted services are able to be executed on-time and as agreed.Work closely with marketing to drive opportunities through the sales funnel to conversion.Maintain complete records of selling activity, fully utilizing our integrated CRM.Required Skills and ExperienceProven working experience in the sales department before, ideally in medical imaging and/or software, clinical trial services, or a related field.Highly self-organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven.Skilled in the use of integrated CRM and digital channels/tools, ideally with experience of Hubspot and Sales Navigator.Able to meet and exceed sales goals and deadlines, a self-motivated over-achiever.Comfortable with cold-calling, with excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and having an impact on brain disease.Self-taught and autonomous person.Only CVs in English will be taken into consideration.
