Grow-Talent.Com is working with a "Top Workplace" tech business outsourcing company who is looking to hire a German speaking Inside Sales Representative. As an Inside Sales Representative, this role will promote a world-class business marketing tool in the EMEA market. The responsibility of this role will be to create and close a pipeline of inbound leads that can contribute to the company's growth and success. The role will be required to manage inbound leads, win business, and hit set KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the small to medium enterprise (SME) segment.Manage a steady influx of inbound leads from multiple channels, driving the sales pipeline and meeting KPIs to secure new business.Demonstrate expert knowledge of the product and leverage a structured sales methodology to shorten the sales cycle.Act as a product and service champion, fostering interest and increasing awareness of the clients' value proposition.Effectively manage and prioritize sales opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up actions.Implement sales strategies that optimize the conversion of leads into paying customers.Provide strong account management to support clients' technology strategies.Partner with leadership and clients to identify strategies and processes that align with and drive revenue growth.REQUIREMENTS:Native/fluent in German and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
