We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) within our Laboratory Service Sales department to cover the German market.
As part of the services EMEA Inside Sales team, the desired candidate will:
Meet sales objectives by driving remote sales opportunities (through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, virtual meetings) with existing customers and new prospects.
Develop and maintain effective customer relations with procurement, laboratory managers, and end users to drive customer needs and interests to the Agilent services portfolio.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in their territory to grow the existing customer base.
Proactively collaborate with field service and internal sales teams to drive a differentiated customer experience.
Provide quotes, understand customer needs, and proactively act to meet those needs.
Provide accurate forecast sales and maintain CRM up to date.
This position can be based either remotely in Germany or in our offices in Waldbronn, Germany or Barcelona, Spain in a hybrid model.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
Bachelor or Master's degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or equivalent.
Proficient sales development experience, ideally in the life science industry with a passion for a career in sales.
Fluent German skills and highly proficient in English.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact with many external and internal partners.
Good time management and territory organizational skills with demonstrated experience working via digital tools for inside sales (phone, chat, social media, TEAMS, etc.).
Strong sales prospecting and negotiation skills.
On a personal level, you are creative, customer-focused, and tend to challenge the status quo. You are flexible and adaptable, show a real can-do demeanour, and are motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, international team environment.
You enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team.

Additional Details
This job has a full-time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
