Job Description:Broadcom is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team at our Barcelona Office.
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating sales opportunities, and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers/channel for the German Market.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities:Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points.Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of Broadcom's solutions to potential customers.Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.Follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives and events.Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.Join us at Broadcom and be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and delivering world-class solutions to our customers.
