Then this position is for you! As our new Inside Sales Representative, you will have the responsibility for selling Agilent Technologies products, solutions, and services to our valued customers across Chromatography (LC, GC, GC/MS, HPLC) and Spectroscopy (Atomic and Molecular).
This includes instrument, software, and related accessories in a defined territory primarily through outbound and inbound sales activities via telephone, email, and other digital methods.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Representing the company to the customers in all sales-oriented activities. Focus on acquiring new customers, growing our wallet-share as well as retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers. These activities include quotations generation as well as all administrative tasks related to our internal systems. Selling company consumable and instruments portfolio to end-user users in assigned territories, through multichannel inbound and outbound sales activities (phone, web chat, e-mail). Sales activities require technical knowledge of products and applications. You will act independently but will also support a Field Sales team. Accountable to achieve team and individual sales quota. For this position, you will cover the Swedish market. Qualifications University Degree within Biological / Life Sciences (ideally biochemistry or analytical chemistry) First experience in / knowledge of analytical techniques such as Chromatography (LC, GC, HPLC etc.) and/or Spectroscopy in a similar position or as an end user Experience in Sales is a plus Full proficiency in Swedish, but also a good level of English (written and oral) Apart from these more technical skills, you should also have:
Efficient communication skills: verbal, written and listening Excellent time-management skills as well as being able to work under pressure Cooperative and proactive approach to problem-solving The ability to understand customer requirements and balance customer expectations with Agilent's business needs.
