Description & Requirements A day in the life of an Inside Sales: Responsible for building territory mapping and account planning on key accounts and executing through programmatic campaigns or any other strategic approach. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas within emerging markets (Eastern Europe and Middle East). Build credible relationships within the Infor family of installed accounts to create, manage, and close sales opportunities. Learn and present the value proposition for Infor's business solutions within the COM IBU scope. Frequently work in a team environment with Pre-sales Consultants, Consulting Sales, and other internal departments. Utilize and accurately update Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management computer systems. Communicate clearly and regularly, both verbally and in writing, with customers, various internal departments, and your manager. Prepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews. Actively participate in the Team Culture as this is what makes us proud. Background in selling or positioning software. Ability or potential to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles. High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving, and challenging environment. Strong presentation skills, both face-to-face, as well as over telephone and internet. Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members. Basic Qualifications: English speaker at a high level (fluent/bilingual); any additional languages in the region are a plus - preferably Czech. Background in selling or positioning software. Ability or potential to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles.
