Inside Sales Engineer

Our client is a company specialized in CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems for different sectors. We are looking for a qualified Industrial or Telecommunications Engineer (or related field) to join the Pre-Sales and Technical Office team in Valencia.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts and provide support to the sales and production departments.
Analyze and evaluate projects, and prepare accurate cost estimates.
Coordinate and plan project execution in collaboration with the production department.
Support the pre-sales department by assisting in the development of technical solutions.
Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a similar field.
Knowledge of electronic security systems (PSIM systems, IP CCTV, intrusion detection systems, access control).
Experience in the sector is highly valued (2-3 years).
Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
Familiarity with ISO 9001 environments and ERP systems.
PMP certification is a plus.
