JOB OVERVIEW Our client, a global leader in creating premium fitness solutions and experiences to get people to work out to live healthier lives, is looking for an: INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR Your objective will be to generate leads and have a target of small sales, centered specially in the hospitality market in Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, and The Netherlands.
- You will join the Company Sales team and play a vital role in the success of the company.
- You will report to the hospitality Vice President in the USA, but you will also be working with the sales coordinators in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, and the UK.
- You will be a key driver for increasing our overall productivity by managing, qualifying, and tracking multi-source leads generated by the Marketing and Sales teams.
After qualifying leads, you will either close them directly over the phone or electronic channels or pass them on to the field-based Sales team for closure.
In addition, you will support the Sales teams at customer events, experience workshops, and other customer-facing activities.
They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Coordinator with a focus on a consultative sales approach for lead generation.
This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of the sales process, and a passion for exceeding targets. This role is integral to the company's growth, requiring a motivated individual with a passion for fitness and the ability to drive business expansion through strategic lead generation efforts.
Specific AccountabilitiesPerformance:
Achieve direct and indirect annual sales targets in close collaboration with the local Marketing and Sales teams.Contribute to the development and growth of new sales channels.Tracking and analysis of sales KPIs, efficiencies, and quantification of targets.Work in close teamwork internationally with other Inside Sales Coordinators in the UK, Spain, the Netherlands, and Germany to share best practices and create effective acquisition strategies.Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, social media, etc.Develop a network of contacts in the different vertical markets to generate new leads.Utilize CRM tools, like Salesforce, and databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and leads.Collaboration with the Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team at trade fairs, customer events, and experience workshops to help increase overall sales productivity.Support in the software-based creation and updating of customer-specific floor plans.Support in managing public tenders where required.Assist in the creation and customization of sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral as needed.Support the company sales team in the use of sales tools such as Salesforce, quoting tools, or proposal builders.SKILLS & ABILITIESBachelor's Degree with 1-2 years proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.Proficiency in Spanish, English, and German languages at a negotiation level.Familiarity with CRM software, like Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in fitness.Knowledge of sales processes and strategies.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESTeam player.Results-driven.Passion for sales & fitness.Self-starter.Resilient.WE OFFERDirect contract with the Company.
