You will work on activities to organize, coordinate, and steer our corporate innovation strategy with the objective of answering all items around where to play and how to win.
You will cooperate across organizational boundaries with internal and external partners and clients to come up with the best portfolio of innovation projects to co-create synergies, accelerate development, and launch new business.
You will interface with partners on all levels including top management within and outside Siemens Energy.
How You'll Make an Impact Further development and shaping of Siemens Energy innovation strategy.Supporting the transformation journey of Siemens Energy by adapting our innovation strategy to market and competition.Project management and leading of selected projects for innovation strategy development.Gathering information and preparing decisions for strategy adjustments.Preparation of storylines and presentations for top management meetings (up to board level).Overseeing and compiling optimum portfolio for innovation projects.Ensuring implementation of decisions in innovation community.Leading and steering of required support from all internal and external partners.What You Bring Master's degree in Engineering, preferably with a good knowledge of business administration; additional MBA is of advantage.Minimum five years' experience working as a consultant in innovation management.Profound experience in storytelling and preparation of executive presentations as well as convincing experience in working on international and interdisciplinary projects; experience in project management is a prerequisite.Excellent writing and communication skills in English; knowledge of German is beneficial.Excellent and highly self-motivated team player to support and serve the global team.Proactive and solution-oriented as well as ability to pull inputs, influence, and interact with interface partners of any level in the organization.Willingness to work in a global, flexible team with focus on topics and not hierarchies, as well as being a self-starter with strong analytical skills.Ability to deal with all kinds of hierarchies, including top management, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to create and work in networks.About the Team In our Business Functions, we enable our organization to reach their targets by providing best-in-class services and solutions in the areas of IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy & Technology, and more.
