You will take charge of our marketing efforts, product definition, defining market fit and strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring our robotics products effectively move through the marketing pipeline from awareness to retention. As a member of a service robotics company, passion for technology will help you succeed in this role.Primary duties- Develop and implement growth strategies for our products, prioritising initiatives to maximise impact.- Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Develop business models and pricing models for the products.- Analyse and maintain detailed buyer personas, segments and customer journey maps.- Drive demand with innovative marketing tactics.- Manage KPIs and metrics to measure product success and inform future strategies.- Monitor the competitive landscape to strategically position our products.- Translate technical product details into compelling benefits for users- Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimising for ROI.- Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies- Support sales channels development and marketing-sales alignment.- Coordinate and support various marketing and sales activities.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or a technical degree with marketing experience is preferred.- At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a technology-focused industry.- Passion for technology is a big plus.- Strong project management skills.- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.- Computer skills, including MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Google drive suite (docs, spreadsheets, etc)- Applicants need to have a European work permit.- Proficient in English and Spanish, with availability to travel as needed.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
