This role will be working across different business units.In this role, you will be responsible for the governance and management of multiple business processes and technologies in our stack supporting lead lifecycle and customer journey, with a primary focus on our event management platforms and processes. Our tech stack includes, but is not limited to, CRM, marketing automations, lead routing and assignment, sales prospecting and engagement, chat engagement, and predictive/scoring/profiling engine.
